Through a unique partnership with famed patisserie PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS, creator of Haute Pâtisserie, guests at the resort are treated to a variety of exquisite desserts. Prepared by PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS, the offerings are tailored to each of the resort's food & beverage outlets to mirror its cuisine and complete the culinary experience. The resort is also home to one of the few PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS boutiques in all of Japan, selling various kinds of sweets including pastries, macaroons, chocolate, and cookies.

About Pierre Hermé

To illustrate the Art of "Patisserie a la française", Pierre Hermé, known for his succulent macarons and his know-how which has gone around the world, an architect of flavors for incredible combinations. He does us the honor of developing his art at The Ritz-Carlton in Kyoto.
